What does a website cost?
Builds start at a flat $500. That is a real starting price for a genuine small-business site, not a teaser — it covers a fast, mobile-ready, search-visible site with the pages a local business actually needs. Custom applications, integrations, e-commerce, and larger builds are scoped and quoted separately.
How long does a build take?
A straightforward local business site usually takes two to four weeks from the point content is ready. Content is almost always the long pole — the build itself is rarely what holds up a launch. We tell you upfront exactly what we need from you and when.
What do you build with?
Mostly Next.js and React, deployed to modern hosting with a global CDN. It is fast by default, which matters both for visitors and for search ranking. For clients who want to edit content themselves we connect a headless CMS rather than handing over a page builder that degrades over time.
Will my site show up on Google for local searches?
The build gives you the technical foundation: clean structure, fast loading, mobile layout, proper metadata, local business schema, and a sitemap. Ranking also depends on your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, and content over time — we set the foundation properly and tell you honestly what the site alone can and cannot do.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes, and we start by measuring what the current one does rather than assuming it is all bad. Sometimes the honest answer is that the design is fine and the real problem is speed, a broken contact form, or no local search presence — which is far cheaper to fix than a rebuild.
What happens after launch?
Optional maintenance covers updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patching, and small content changes. It is optional on purpose. You own the code and the accounts, so you are free to take it elsewhere or run it yourself.
