Where in Arlington are you based?
Our office is at 2611 S Clark Street, Suite 641, in Crystal City — the National Landing area near Pentagon City Metro. That puts most of Arlington within a short drive and Rosslyn, Ballston, and Clarendon within about fifteen minutes.
Do you come on-site, or is everything remote?
Both. Anything involving physical hardware — a new office network, Wi-Fi coverage, a switch or firewall, a move — is done on-site. Software, accounts, Microsoft 365, backups, and most troubleshooting are faster remotely, so we do not charge you a trip for work that does not need one.
How small is too small for managed IT?
We are built for Arlington businesses of five to fifty people. Below about five, a full managed plan is usually more than you need, and we will tell you so — a one-time setup and cleanup with occasional support often makes more sense than a monthly retainer.
What does managed IT cost in Arlington?
It depends on how many people and devices you have and what is already in place, so we quote it after a free Technology Risk Review rather than publishing a flat rate that would be wrong for most businesses. The review itself costs nothing and you keep the written findings either way.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We document what exists first — domains, licences, admin accounts, backups, network gear, warranties — because transitions go wrong when nobody knows what the previous provider held. Once the inventory is complete we plan a cutover that does not interrupt your work.
Do you support businesses that work with federal agencies?
Yes. A number of Arlington and Crystal City businesses sit adjacent to federal work, which raises expectations around access control, logging, email authentication, and endpoint hygiene. We help tighten those. For CMMC and NIST 800-171 we advise on readiness as a Cyber AB Registered Practitioner — assessment and certification can only be performed by an authorised C3PAO.
